Zoom Car Wash

Charles and the entire Zoom team have been outstanding...truly welcoming us to the Berlin area and taking great care of our three-vehicle household!

The staff is professional, attentive, and consistently helpful, and the facility is always clean, well-maintained, and efficient. Service is quick, with little to no wait, making it incredibly convenient. The location is perfect for keeping our vehicles clean and protected from salt and the elements.

Keep up the excellent work. This is how customer service should be done. A+++. ~skip

I enjoy ZOOM service and I like how well it’s set up for a self car wash. The only thing I’d wish we had there is a pile of rags in self cleaning area - tires can be washed well with that soft brush, micro fiber cloth would be ideal- glad I had my own so it was very handy. Thanks for keeping up good work!

I stopped here desperately in need of a car wash due to bugs etc being on the windshield of my car from a roadtrip. The 24/7 car wash cost about $15 for the deluxe and simply rinsed my vehicle. The step by step indicator in the wash bay went from spray wash to rinse. There was not soap, tire shine, etc. literally just water. The machine makes loud clunking noises as well, I thought It was damaging my car. I ended up wasting $15.00 and my needs not met for my windshield. Then I went to use the vacuum and there was a homeless man who was rummaging through the trash. I didn't feel safe to stop and vacuum the car....horrible experience. The lot needs to be lit better, carwash needs maintaining.
