Everyone is friendly, rooms clean, decent breakfast (could use waffle maker 😆) parking lil tight if have bigger vehicle. Lovely view on bay side. Stayed for anime convention. Maybe lil bigger carts as well but still great place to stay.

We had an absolutely perfect experience for a week at the Residence Inn Ocean City. They upgraded us to one of the higher level rooms with a spectacular view from the balcony looking out at the bay - gorgeous. The location is top notch and everyone that we interacted with seemed genuinely happy, glad to be there, and ready to make our experience perfect. Can't say enough good things about it. We'll definitely be back.

We are a family of 5 that stayed for Easter weekend. The room was very clean and nice. Balcony had a nice view. The location is great! Easy walk to the beach. The main lobby level is very pretty and cool with a light up waterfall feature wall going up the staircase and a large fish tank. The lounge and dining area is nice and cozy with the large fire place. The bar was nice and had a friendly bartender. He made me a delicious cosmo! My kids enjoyed the indoor pool since it’s not in season for the outside one yet I’m glad they had that to play in. The breakfast had a nice variety for all of us. By far the best and sweetest front desk staff! Booked on the phone with Courtney and she was very friendly. Check in was a breeze and we got in to our room earlier than expected which was nice! Megan was very helpful answering questions. The biggest help was troubleshooting hiding our Easter baskets. I was worried they would melt in the van since it was a warm day and I didn’t want the kids to see them in the room yet. So she offered to store them in the manager’s office with a note for other staff to know who they belonged to. Once the kids were asleep I went down to pick them up. Paola offered to help carry them up with me so I didn’t have to make a second trip down. They both shared the information about the Easter morning egg hunt. Such kind and friendly staff!
