Took off two stars because they are trying too hard to be fancy. They remodeled the rooms and made them worse. Shower only had a HALF glass curtain which left the other half open and also forced you to watch yourself shower in the bathroom mirror. Also to be noted is that there is NO MICROWAVE because "it would ruin the decore" You can RENT A MICROWAVE for $25! For what they charge for a room they could simply bring you one upon request.
You would be better off booking a cheaper room somewhere else and be happier with it.
Also to be noted there was no soap nor wash cloths in the bathroom. I had to go to the front desk and ask for these basic things. 🤦
I was there for three days and four nights. During this time frame my room was not cleaned once nor did I get clean towels during my entire stay.
The room was nice but since they are trying too hard to be "fancy" my stay wasn't as enjoyable as it should have been.

Rooms are nice, location is desirable but the view of the pool from on our room is truly an eye sore. I’m shocked how they maintained through the off season. Staff is arrogant and rude. I work at a 5 star resort that is Forbes and triple a rated and understand the ins and outs of service and I’ve never in my life felt so … unwelcome. Hopefully as the season picks up they can turn their staffing around.

The hotel room was spacious. The only things that were an issue:
The shower - the showerhead was not adjustable and you are unable to contain the water inside the stall due to not having a second glass (their design).
TV - difficult to operate. Unable to change the channels and does not provide an option to cast your phone or computer to it.
Cleaning - I was looking for something. When I looked behind the bed there was a used adult diaper, a long it being very dusty.
