Snow Hill First Friday and Halloween Pet Parade - October 2
Bring your fur babies! Costumed pets take center stage. Stick around for live music, local vendors, a cash bar and plenty of food, fun and festive Halloween spirit. This event will take place in downtown Snow Hill on October 2 from 5pm to 8pm.
Downtown Pocomoke Fall Festival – October 10
The Annual Downtown Pocomoke Fall Festival returns Saturday, October 10, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for an afternoon of family-friendly fun. Enjoy live music from Old State Line and watch an incredible chainsaw carving demonstration on Willow Street as a talented artist transforms a log into a one-of-a-kind work of art right before your eyes. Colonial Harvest Festival – October 11
Step back in time at the Colonial Harvest Festival at Rackliffe House on October 11 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Enjoy colonial crafts, heritage demonstrations, local artisans and more as we celebrate 250 years of harvest and heritage. Admission is a $10 donation, $5 for children ages 7 to 17, and free for children under 7.
Trail Of Lost Souls - October 16, 17, 23 and 24
Join the Ocean Pines Recreation and Parks Department for a dark, fog-filled path through White Horse Park trails where frights lurk around every corner. The event will also have Soul's Respite Campground featuring a family fun zone with games, food vendors, and sweet treats. The cost per person is $10.
Halloween in the Forest – October 17
Get ready for a spook-tacular evening at Furnace Town during Halloween in the Forest on October 17 from 5 to 8 p.m. Enjoy trick-or-treating, a Halloween dance party, fun crafts and more. Admission is just $5 for everyone. Purchase your tickets online at VisitMarylandsCoast.org.
Oktoberfest in Berlin – October 17
Authentic Oktoberfest featuring Lost Lederhosen Band and the Dunehounds. Kids fun plus lots of food including brats, pretzels, sweets and beer, etc. Plus it’s the annual fall sidewalk sale. Free parking and shuttle from Berlin Intermediate School. Join the fun in downtown Berlin October 17 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Fall Festival – October 24
Head to Windmill Creek Winery on October 24 from noon to 4 p.m. for the 7th Annual Fall Fest benefiting the Parkinson’s Foundation. Admission includes a full day of family fun, with a petting zoo, face painting, bounce houses, pumpkin decorating, a corn maze, bucket train, hayrides, live music and more! Witches & Wizards Ball - October 24
It’s almost time for our favorite night of the year. Saturday, October 24! Head to downtown Snow Hill for the Halloween Block Party starting at 5pm, the parade at 6pm (with festivities til 9), then come hang with the team at Tides and Vine for DJ Deogee from 9pm–midnight. Costumes are encouraged and there will be prizes for best dressed, so this is your excuse to really commit to the costume.
Halloween Parade & Block Party – October 24
Get into the Halloween spirit in Snow Hill on October 24 for the Annual Halloween Parade and Block Party, hosted by the Bearded Men’s Society and Tides and Vine. The fun begins at 5 p.m. with a DJ, family activities and more, followed by the parade at 6 p.m. Stick around for costume contests, a Halloween movie, face painting and plenty of family-friendly fun!
The Rocky Horror Picture Show - October 30
CryBaby Tattoo is proud to present The Rocky Horror Picture Show at The Mar-Va Theater! Join us for a screening of a cult classic as we pay tribute to Tim Curry, a legend on the silver screen. The show is 18+ only and doors open at 6:15 pm. Tickets are $10 / prop bags $5.
Halloween Pumpkin Carving or Painting - October 30
Join us at the Pocomoke River State Park for our pumpkin painting and carving event! Bring your own pumpkin, all of the supplies are provided to help you be creative. Open to the public, along with those camping. Ice cream in delicious fall flavors is for sale in the Camp Store! There is also a site-decorating contest for anyone camping with us that weekend!
OC RV & Van Lifestyle Show Trick-or-Treat - October 30
Calling all RVers, van builders and outdoor adventure lovers! The OC RV & Van Lifestyle Show returns to the Ocean City Convention Center October 29 through November 1. On Friday, October 30 from 4:30pm to 7:00pm come dressed in a costume for trick-or-treating through to the show vendors. Pets welcome.
